fd + ripgrep
Faster find and grep. fd finds files; rg searches inside them — both respect .gitignore.
fzf + zoxide
Fuzzy finder for files and history. zoxide replaces cd with smart directory jumping.
Starship prompt
Cross-shell prompt that shows git status, language versions, and command timing. Strix theme pre-configured.

Arch Linux base
Strix is Arch at its core. That means the latest kernel, the latest Mesa, the latest everything — no waiting for the next "version" of the distro.
Pacman + AUR
Install anything from the official repos or the Arch User Repository. The AUR has over 90,000 packages — more than any other distribution.
🎛️ Guided installer
No Arch wiki required. The TUI installer covers everything.
Disk setup
Auto or manual partitioning. Supports ext4, btrfs, and full-disk encryption via LUKS.
User setup
Set hostname, username, and password. Wheel group and sudo are configured automatically.
Locale & timezone
Pick your timezone and locale from a searchable list. No manual editing of config files.
